A new release of detached lots in Phase 1B is now on the list. Closing dates run from December 14, 2027 to January 6, 2028. Selected lots offer several models in Elevations A and B, and some lots are designated walk-out-deck (WOD) grading. A sample 32' plan (32-02) offers about 1,978 to 1,992 sq. ft. across three elevations. It has 4 bedrooms, an open family room, kitchen and breakfast area, second-floor laundry, a primary ensuite with walk-in closet, and a 2-car garage.
All detached models include a frameless glass shower enclosure, as per plan.
